Last Fair Deal has an eclectic repertoire drawing on old-time string-band, bluegrass, swing, and popular music. The band's live performances feature originals from True Tales and their previous three albums. They also put their own spin on John Hartford, Hank Williams, Dan Hicks, Lennon/McCartney, John Hiatt, Nat King Cole, and Bob Dylan. The band features Paul Howard on vocals and guitar; Tom Hagymasi on vocals, fiddle, bouzouki and accordian; Phil Zimmerman on vocals, mandolin, and banjo; and Todd Howard on vocals and bass guitar.
Show Biz Kids - (7/14)
Show Biz Kids are committed to creating a faithful, live performance reproduction of one of Americas most sophisticated and durable musical icons: Steely Dan. The band consists of experienced studio and live performance musicians, seasoned veterans of the show biz scene, with Doug Kupper and Michael DeVito on vocals and guitar, Bob Casinghino on vocals and piano, Glenn D. Jubilee on vocals and bass, Gary Blu on vocals and sax, and Kevin Chouinard on drums. In addition to strong jazz and rock instrumental abilities, this group has the benefit of five capable singers to handle the intricate harmonies that are an S.D. trademark. With numerous club and outdoor gigs under their belt, including two dynamite shows at the legendary BB King's in Times Square, the 'Kids' are ready to play in anybody's neck of the woods!
The Nifty Fifties Band - (7/21)
Like a turbocharged time machine, this five-piece group will transport you back to the manic magic of the golden age of rock and roll, combining their highly charged dance hits of the 50's 60's and beyond with a uniquely entertaining blend of stage presence, humor and good old-fashioned showmanship. They've opened for such legendary rock and roll pioneers as The DRIFTERS, JOHNNY MAESTRO, JOEY DEE AND THE STARLIGHTERS, THE SHIRELLES, AND THE MAMAS AND THE PAPAS. The group wheels through tightly choreographed numbers like ROCK AROUND THE CLOCK and SHOUT, segues into showy doo-wop and novelty numbers and classic 60's dance rock, and spinning seamlessly into slow dancing ballads, rich with the band's trademark 4 part harmonies. As fronted by hyperkinetic keyboardist JONNY ADAMS, driven by the driving fretwork of lead guitarist MIKE "THE SPIKE” ARMENTANO, and rhythm guitarist CHARLIE " BONES”UZANAS, and propelled by the sinewy bass playing of MARTY BUGGS MORAN and the dramatic drumming of STEVE GREASED LIGHTNING ARMENTANO, this band performs on all cylinders, attacking the classic hits of the past with a power and reverence that make them feel brand new.
Caravan of Thieves - (7/28)
Stretching the parameters of acoustic swing, Caravan of Thieves has been winning immediate praise for their new and unique brand of gypsy flavored song writing and their high intensity show. The vocal harmonizing, acoustic guitar spanking husband and wife duo Fuzz and Carrie have extended their family to include fiery violinist Ben Dean and double bass madman, Brian Anderson to complete their colorful vision. Seeking inspiration from beyond the great divide, the quartet produces layers of Beatlesque vocals, driving rhythms, satirical, dramatic song writing and an overall circus of sound.
The Colbys - (8/4)
The Colbys are an R & B/jazz-influenced party band, and they are available for corporate events, weddings and clubs in Connecticut and the Northeast. Led by Grammy & Emmy Award winner John Colby (Music Director ESPN ESPYs, NASCAR Awards) and Bev Rohlehr (Persuasions, National Jazz Ensemble, Mel Lewis Orchestra), The Colbys are a high-energy, no two nights ever the same musical experience. They cover musical acts that include Aretha Franklin, B.B. King, The Commodores, James Brown, Otis Redding, The Temptations, and Van Morrison.

They are one of CT's finest R & B, reggae & jazz bands.
Changes in Latitudes Mini-Beach Band - (8/18)
Changes In Latitudes is one of America's premier tribute shows to singer-songwriter Jimmy Buffett, the master of the tropical lifestyle. They are a nine-piece band with a singular plan, to take you to Margaritaville. Each show is good clean fun, aiming to offend no one, and entertain everyone. Every set is a party, with beach balls flying, dancing conga lines, and leis galore. Harkening back to Jimmy Buffett’s formative years, "Changes In Latitudes" also performs as a five-piece unit, called the "Mini Beach Band". As any "Parrothead" can tell you, many of Buffett’s classic hit songs were penned and first performed live with a much smaller band than the dozen-or-so member entourage he travels with these days, and "Changes In Latitudes" can do the same for your smaller event. "Changes In Latitudes" recreates the Buffett concert experience with amazing authenticity. They also add a variety of "audience friendly” material from artists such as Bob Marley, Kenny Chesney, Maxi-Priest, Van Morrison, and even the Rolling Stones.
Shaded Soul Band - (8/25)
Shaded Soul Band is an eight-piece high energy band focusing on Motown, Rhythm & Blues, Rock, Swing and Soul music. Shaded Soul Band is unique in that five of the eight members sing. The dynamic stage presence of both the male and female lead vocalists captivates audiences, while the versatility of musical styles played by the band keeps people dancing all night long. They cover a wide range of artists; from Sam Cook, Billy Joel, and Whitney Houston to James Taylor, Outkast, and Alicia Keys.
